I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, AAMFT Approved Supervisor, and LCMHC Qualified Supervisor. I am the founder of Miller MFT, PLLC, where I bring extensive experience supporting individuals and families navigating trauma.
In my practice, I work with individuals, students, couples, and families to strengthen both individual and relational well-being through a holistic, systemic lens. I believe we exist within the context of our relationships—marriage, family, friendships, community—and that these connections deeply influence our physical, emotional, and psychological health.
I am also a Gottman Relationship Checkup Approved Member, EMDR Certified Therapist, Level 1 Restoration Therapist, and trained in ICBT. My areas of specialization include PTSD and trauma, anxiety and mood disorders, attachment challenges, and relationship distress.

In addition to therapy, I provide supervision and consultation, and I enjoy supporting other professionals as they grow in their work of helping others.
