I have extensive training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. In couples work, I consider the “relationship” as my client, and we work together to discover the negative cycles where you and your partner become stuck. Then, you learn new ways of communicating to enhance your connection with each other.
My work with individuals is focused on training in PBSP (Pess Boydon System Psychomotor) where we explore how you developed thoughts and feelings from past experiences, and how they impact your life today. I am also trained in play therapy, and give Stress Management Seminars in conjunction with Florida Hospital.
