I work with creatives, artists, & entrepreneurs struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, career/life transitions, OCD, overwhelm & chronic stress/illness. As a former artist & producer manager, I've had the honor of guiding clients through the chaotic maze of the entertainment industry & I understand the tenacity it takes to thrive as an entrepreneur/artist/creative. In therapy, we'll discuss your unique experiences & take steps to address your goals & challenges with an empathic, & solution-focused approach.
My approach is collaborative, psychodynamic, strength-based, and goals orientated.
