I have a passion for helping people turn toward the parts of themselves they’ve pushed away. I work with adolescents 14+, individuals, and couples navigating trauma, identity, and relationships, including motherhood and the identity shifts it brings, men’s performance pressure and provider strain, and women’s issues. I’m drawn to life transitions like becoming a parent, divorce, remarriage, blending families, infertility, or career change. With couples, I love helping partners rebuild communication, intimacy, and trust after rupture or betrayal. I strive to create a warm, parts-led, LGBTQ+ affirming space for every client.

My therapeutic style is trauma-informed and parts-led, rooted in Internal Family Systems, with somatic and attachment-informed practices woven in. I believe healing happens when we get curious about our inner world instead of fighting it. With couples, I draw on Gottman and IFIO to rebuild safety, intimacy, and trust after rupture or betrayal.

I’m a Salt Lake City native, a mom, a wife, and a former classical vocalist, which shapes how I show up in the therapy room.
