I enjoy working with a wide range of patients. It's what keeps my job enjoyable. Rather you are a child looking to learn some fun, new coping skills to manage anxiety, a teenager dealing with stress of school and over whelming input of social media, a college student needing to develop better sleep hygiene, an adult struggling with chronic mental health symptoms or a couple wanting to work on their relationship, I am happy to help!

I have worked in mental health for the past 10 plus years and enjoy watching the field continue to learn and grow. I take a special interest in the mind body connection and providing psychoeducation to patients so they better understand their diagnosis and symptoms.
