With a focus on fostering healthy relationships and promoting emotional well-being, I utilize the power of play to address a range of childhood challenges, including but not limited to depression, grief and loss, social struggles, trauma, fear, anxiety, abuse, anger, attention difficulties, suppressed emotion, self-esteem, and divorce. I believe in the power that comes from connection and personal advocacy and strive to create a trusting environment where children feel comfortable sharing the most vulnerable parts of themselves, and parents and caregivers feel supported along the way.
As a Child Centered Play Therapist (CCPT), I am dedicated to supporting and working with children through play-based therapy. My goal is to create a safe space for children to explore their emotions and develop healthy coping mechanisms. My approach acknowledges that children are individuals that are capable, competent, and deserving of respect.
Being a parent myself, I understand the struggles that children and caregivers face and strive to assist and strengthen children in their journey towards greater health and feel honored to be a part of their growth and healing.
