I pursued a career in therapy following my own quest for understanding and change in my mental and emotional health. I have dived deep into myself and life to learn how to overcome suffering and lead a self-directed life. My approach is insightful, non-judgmental & direct. We will work together to get to the root of what is preventing you from having well-being. I am passionate about helping people to free themselves from the effects of trauma & difficult childhoods.
I also focus on working with individuals with ADHD, Anxiety, PTSD, and relationship challenges. I use many modalities including EMDR, Psychoanalytic, CBT to provide holistic treatment. We will develop a personalized plan focusing on your goals and learn coping skills to start experiencing relief from distressing emotions and thoughts & actively create change
