I work with children and adults who are seeking a different experience for their "day to day". Perhaps it's learning a new coping mechanism, improving work/school performance, or identifying a healthy life pathway. Our work centers on what you already bring with you. We identify your strengths, clarify your values, and look at the family patterns shaping your responses. Adults learn to make decisions that align with what matters to them. Kids and teens learn skills that fit how they think and in collaboration with their family. Understanding the “why" will help in leading to positive long-term changes.
My approach is practical and focused. With adults, we will identify patterns, clarify what matters, and build strategies you can use in real situations. With kids and teens, I use structured, engaging activities that teach emotional regulation and problem solving in ways they can actually use at home and school.
