About
I work best with motivated adults and teens struggling with relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and/or life transitions. I help you increase your connection, clarity, meaning and happiness by offering hope and affirmative counseling tailored to your personal/cultural perspective. Clients of any culture, race, religion, socio-economic status or sexual orientation are welcome in my office. To accomdate your busy schedule, I offer early morning weekday and weekend appointments.
I have 15 years of experience practicing therapy and use the scientically-proven Gottman method of couples therapy. I help you improve your relationships with: partners, family, co-workers, and yourself by encouraging you to access your own internal wisdom and learn new skills.
I incorporate meditation, creative therapy techniques, and spirituality into the cognitive-behavioral therapy process. I take care to get to know you so that I can tailor treatment to your unique needs.
