Hello, I look forward to meeting you. I am Christy Fuller, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). I approach my practice with openness and compassion to all of those out there and view us as a team working towards your goals using cognitive-behavioral therapy, relaxation techniques, solution-focused therapy, and more. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy providing skills and practice in between sessions, a systems approach, mindfulness-based treatment implementing breathing and relaxation techniques, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing.
I became a Social Worker in 1990. I picked this degree because I knew I could work in different settings including outpatient mental health therapy, school systems, healthcare clinics, and outreach. I feel my extensive history and experience have been able to help and guide others regardless of their background or current situations.
I enjoy hearing about someone and what makes them unique. The drive to do this work includes working together as a team to celebrate successes and goals they have achieved.
