Hello and welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia, providing telehealth therapy for adults who are struggling with anxiety and relationship-related concerns. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed by persistent worry, overthinking, self-doubt, or anxiety that shows up in their relationships. You may find yourself feeling emotionally drained, struggling to communicate effectively, or repeating unhelpful patterns in relationships. My role is to help you better understand these patterns, reduce anxiety, and develop healthier ways of thinking, communicating, coping, and connecting.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients examine their thought patterns, identify triggers, and build practical coping skills. We focus on what is working, what leads to you feeling stuck, and what changes can support greater emotional balance, confidence and relationship satisfaction.
In therapy, I listen attentively, ask purposeful questions, & provide a supportive space where clients feel comfortable sharing. My goal is to help you feel safe, find hope in the process, identify meaningful goals, and develop healthy, effective strategies for managing anxiety and improving relationships.
