Areas of special interest include: trauma, grief/loss, crisis, teen issues, depression, anxiety, life transition, anger management, boundaries, chronic illness/pain, and relationship issues. I have experience working with youth in crisis, adults suffering trauma and loss, and couples in distress.
I utilize a range of skills and therapeutic approaches including: DBT(C-DBT certified), Prepare-Enrich, EMDR,TRM(Trauma Resiliency),and CBT. I utilize Mindfulness, DBT, and IFS. I will gladly integrate client's faith into the work of psychotherapy. Life is difficult, I am here to help!
