Hi there! I'm grateful you're here. My name is Christy and I’m a therapist who believes healing happens when you feel truly seen, supported, and understood. I work with teens and adults who want to feel more like themselves again. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or unsure how to move forward. My style is warm, thoughtful, and steady, offering a space where you don’t have to pretend or push yourself to be anything other than exactly who you are. If you’re in a funk and don’t know how to get out of it, that’s okay! We can figure it out together.
I specialize in trauma, eating disorders, ADHD, anxiety, and depression, and support clients through seasons healing and growth. Relational and human, I weave humor and honesty to make therapy feel approachable and real. Together, we’ll look at what’s working, what’s hurting, and what needs gentle attention.
From an existential and feminist lens, my approach integrates DBT, ACT, IFS, and somatic work. I’m also trained in Brainspotting, which supports deep mind-body processing when talk therapy isn’t enough. My work is inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming, fat-positive, and rooted in honoring your identity and lived experience. You don’t have to do this alone.
