I work with clients who want to address undesired behaviors and childhood trauma. Through a collaborative process, we identify long-held patterns, work through old wounds, and find a new way forward through evidence-based somatic and psychotherapeutic applications. As an integrative counselor, I employ a variety of interventions tailored to specific client needs, including but not limited to traditional talk therapy, EMDR, expressive arts, and somatic awareness. I specialize in attachment issues, adults with childhood trauma, depression and anxiety.
I offer individual trauma-informed mental health care and Men's group therapy.
As a trauma-informed, somatics-based practitioner, I believe that the body is an essential tool for the therapeutic process. Discerning communication between the mind and body, often and dance between sensation, emotion, and thoughtful articulation, can increase personal understanding to process through and break unhelpful patterns.
Learning how to move through long-held, often historically useful, patterns is an integral part of change that allows for a more authentic and fulfilling life. Above all else, I want you, the client, to feel seen, heard, and held through your healing and growth process.

Groups
Men's Group Therapy - Divorced Dads
This is a closed, 9-week, in-person only, Men only psychoeducation and process group for Divorced and Divorcing Dads. The group will introduce mental health topics, like attachment theory and Internal Family Systems, in an easy-to-understand way. The process portion of group will include experiential learning and collaborative discussions to facilitate personal insight.
