About
"The only thing constant is change." Life is full of moments that require major adjustments to how we live, think, and act in the world. These times of adjustment can often be stressful, even painful. On the other hand, there exists enormous opportunity for growth during these times of change.
My primary specialty is working with individuals diagnosed with a long-term illness and their care partners. I am also available to help with life transitions of all kinds, with a particular focus on career transitions and managing "imposter syndrome". Addiction, anxiety and trauma are all areas of focus in my practice as well.
All of my appointments are conducted via a HIPAA compliant video conference platform. It is very easy to set up, and can be done right from your computer or phone.
