I specialize in conducting therapy and psychological evaluations with adults having mental health, legal, and substance abuse problems. I help individuals change unhelpful thinking patterns by recognizing inflexible demands they place on themselves, the world, and others. My therapeutic style helps individuals learn how to dispute beliefs causing negative emotional and behavioral consequences. Clients learn they have the ability to change and control their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, with the underlying goal of helping the client become his or her own therapist.
I provide individual psychotherapy with adults; court ordered and GAL or attorney referred psychological evaluations. My hours are 7am-4pm Monday-Thursday; 7am-2pm on Fridays; and limited Saturdays from 7am-12pm. I have day time therapy appointments available.
