Most of my work is helping folks with transitions (adolescence, college, adulthood), and life changes (divorce and work), yet really everything from anxiety to academics. My writing and teaching has a focus on mindfulness and positive psychology, with my next book focused on mental health in young adults.
My specialty is in mindfulness, which I teach at Harvard Medical School and in workshops around the world. I have published a number books on these, anxiety and other topics. I also specialize in career and school coaching. Still, I view each person as unique, adapting my style to your needs rather than a one size fits all
