As a clinical psychologist licensed in Colorado, my approach is thoughtful and collaborative, focusing on understanding and working through these challenges as well as questions about identity, purpose, and direction. In therapy we slow things down, look beneath the surface, and identify patterns keeping you stuck so you can move toward meaningful, lasting change.
Together, we will address patterns and symptoms affecting your emotional, interpersonal, cognitive, academic, or occupational functioning. In the short term, therapy focuses on stabilizing distress and improving daily functioning. Longer-term work may involve exploring and processing significant past experiences that continue to influence present challenges.
