I enjoy working with adults who are ready to go within themselves to do their healing work. I believe that every individual can find healing within, and I strive to empower my clients to explore all of who they are while holding a space of compassion and nonjudgment. I get most excited about working with clients who are ready to do their inner work and willing to be challenged to see (and become) who they are beyond the blocks that might have kept them limited in the past.
My approach is what we call a 'humanistic' approach. That is, I focus on building a safe environment for you to discover who you are without judgment. I want to model a healthy relationship where you feel seen, and I want you to feel encouraged to explore who you are without a filter.
My style is warm and informal. The most important element of the therapeutic process for me is creating a healthy relationship with the client.
