I am passionate about working with couples struggling to lower their defenses in order to emotionally connect daily. I enjoy working with partners readying themselves to make a commitment (pre-marital), those going through extreme life transitions that are changing the structure of their family, partnerships that need support in co-parenting, and those struggling with infidelity. I also love working with individuals (16+) struggling to build self-esteem, make genuine connections to others, and live life with purpose. I have a heart for those struggling with depression, anxiety, men's issues, and past trauma experiences.
I am in-network with Aetna, BCBS, Anthem, Ucare, Medicaid/Medical Assistance, HealthPartners PMAP, Medical PMAP. Hennepin Health, and PreferredOne. We are not able to submit claims for HealthPartners Commercial or Medica/Optum/UMR/UHC Commercial policies. I also have private pay options if you do not wish to use insurance or want to bill for out of network.
