I have nearly a decade of clinical experience and give back heavily, raising over 2 million towards (and founded) mental health non profits. My approach to therapy is to make it as casual and natural as possible. It should feel comfortable in the room, as if you're talking to an old friend. I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents. I specialize in conflict resolution, sex, sexuality, intimacy, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I am comfortable working with all ethnicities and cultures. I am committed to meeting my clients halfway and will move at your pace.
I thoroughly believe that through guidance, education, understanding of one's problems, anyone has the capacity to enhance their life for the better. My therapeutic framework is heavily rooted in attachment issues and a systemic perspective. I have trained in Gottman therapy, TF-CBT, emotionally focused therapy, EMDR, and narrative therapy.
