Treatment often includes a brief strategic approach to relieve symptoms quickly and a systemic approach to keep it that way. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and EMDR.
Before becoming a Counselor I worked as a business manager, and served in a variety of Christian ministry roles. I am able to offer Christian Counseling if you desire. In my free time, I love to spend time outdoors with my wife, son, and two dogs.
