I'm a therapist in Montclair NJ helping adults and couples manage anxiety, trauma, stress and relationship challenges. You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in recurring patterns from past trauma, unsure how to reconnect with your partner, or worried about how alcohol or substances are affecting you. You might feel misunderstood, marginalized, or impacted by circumstances that make it hard to feel grounded, confident, or in control of your life. My role is to provide an affirming, nonjudgmental environment where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and begin creating the changes you want in your life.

I help clients reduce anxiety, heal trauma, manage stress, and break unhelpful patterns. Together, we clarify triggers, strengthen coping skills, gain more self-understanding, and build healthier responses. For couples, I support communication, conflict resolution, as well as rebuilding trust, connection, and intimacy through evidence-based approaches.

I’m a therapist in Montclair with a PhD and 11 years experience. I blend evidence-based treatment with a grounded, relational style. This is a long-term, co-ed interpersonal process group for young adults, ages 18-24. The areas of focus are on building assertiveness, strengthening self-esteem and confidence, boundary-setting, developing deeper connections with others, and working through social anxiety and inhibition.
