This also allows me to work more effectively with individuals who are struggling with relationship issues. I also specialize in stress management and reduction and incorporate mindfulness work into my practice.
In addition to seeing individuals, couples and families, I also provide supervision for postdoctoral psychologists and specialize in working with therapists who want to integrate aspects of their professional work with exploration of their own dynamics.
