My goal in all my work with all my different clients is to help them better understand themselves, their lives and their struggles. With honesty, compassion, warmth, humor and respect, as well as my own insights and knowledge gained from my work and my life, I help people more fully become who they wish to be. Whether their issues are behavioral, emotional, relational or involving more specific challenges, I use different strategies from different disciplines to assist my clients in reaching their goals.
I specialize in treating adolescents and families, but am also skilled at working with adults. I have special training in attachment and relationship struggles, EMDR, existential issues, anger management/emotional issues, and a wide range of other issues as well.
I relate quite well to kids and adolescents, owing to my years of experience working with them, as well as my passion for music. I also align easily with adults from all walks of life.
