I am currently accepting new clients (Updated May 2025). I understand it is difficult to seek help. Often, the idea of therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if it is the first time. I strive to make the therapeutic process comfortable and accessible. I use a direct style of therapy and evidence-based approaches and help clients take an active approach to making change in their lives. I work to build upon the strengths you already have and help you continue to live a more valued life.

I specialize working with those who are experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, men’s issues, and disordered eating. Additionally, I have experience working with collegiate and Olympic level athletes cope with performance and mental health concerns. As a black male, I also enjoy working with marginalized populations seeking support.
My hope is that you feeling safe enough to take on the challenge of making change in your life. Contact me to discuss your situation and determine whether my expertise would be a good fit for your needs.
