Interpersonal Process Psychotherapy Group
A new process-oriented psychotherapy group led by Christopher S. Rigling, Psy.D., is being developed; the group will meet weekly. In an age where much of our interaction occurs through screens, this in-person group experience provides a unique opportunity for connection, self-discovery, and emotional growth. The group’s goal is to foster personal development and improvement in interpersonal relationships by examining and understanding the dynamics within the group in a safe and supportive environment.
