Hello there! As a Marine Corps veteran, father of 3, husband and public school educator (school counselor), I've encountered a wide array of personal experiences that have shaped my practices in counseling. I have experience working with veterans and first responders struggling with experiences and traumas connected to your service to others, as well as having worked at all levels of public schools as a school counselor. In my school counseling role, I have collaborated with families, schools and other agencies focused on family services and support systems to help build resiliency and a positive future outlook.
I specialize in anxiety and stress disorders that keep you from participating in life in a meaningful way. Having worked through my own experiences in the military, I'm keenly aware of how past experiences can get in the way of your present and future. I'm here to walk with you through those experiences and reframe those experiences into personal strengths.
