I work from a depth-oriented, relational framework, weaving together depth with solutions-focused interventions. For clients of faith, I welcome the integration of Christian and contemplative practices as part of the healing journey.
My approach is relational and insight-oriented, grounded in psychodynamic and attachment theory. I use practical tools from ACT and DBT to help you build coping skills while exploring the deep roots and experiences that shape current behaviors. My goal is to be the kind of therapeutic presence that begins to repair what relational wounds have broken.
