Licensed in Mississippi and New Hampshire, I offer telehealth sessions for individuals feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, panic, trauma, or daily life stressors. My ideal clients often feel stuck, emotionally exhausted, or caught in survival mode. My team provides a compassionate, trauma-informed space to help clients understand patterns, build healthier coping skills, reduce symptoms, and reconnect with hope, confidence, and emotional balance.
Clients often come to my practice when old coping strategies are no longer working, when anxiety begins interfering with relationships, work, school, or daily responsibilities, or when unresolved trauma continues to affect how they see themselves and the world around them. I also work with neurodivergent individuals and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and am a Trust-Based Relational Intervention Practitioner. I help clients move forward by providing a supportive, and compassionate space where they can begin to understand their experiences, identify patterns that keep them feeling stuck, and develop healthier ways of coping.
