I am a Licensed Associate Counselor and have been working in mental health since 2019. I love making strong connections with my clients and helping them find their voice so they can discuss their struggles. I work with young adults to seniors, students to veterans experiencing anxiety or depression related to trauma, general mental health, life stressors, and relationship/family conflict.
I use different modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), Sand Tray, Art therapy, motivational interviewing, and EMDR.
As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe, supportive environment for my clients. Building a solid rapport helps clients feel secure with sharing the stories and situations that they may be carrying. I will walk with you on your journey to learn how to be the best you that you can be.
