Psychoanalysis focuses on exploring the material you bring in with attention to the unconscious, aiming to build unique solutions rather than giving standardized advice. Psychoanalysis is effective.
Psychoanalysis is an opportunity to create lasting change and find more freedom. Symptoms, emotional pain, and patterns that keep you stuck can fall away over time. It's an open-ended treatment.
