I work with adults on a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, perfectionism, social anxiety, anger management, etc. I use a variety of styles including cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy. I also work as a certified hypnotist to address certain issues.
