I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and other emotional or mental health concerns. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other evidence-based approaches, I tailor therapy to your unique needs. I also help clients navigate concerns related to sexuality, intimacy, relationships, and personal growth. I am accepting new clients and would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing.
I help individuals better understand themselves, heal from past wounds, improve relationships, and move toward the life they want to live. With training in IFS, Play Therapy, and Medical Family Therapy, I support concerns including trauma, ADHD, anxiety, sexuality, intimacy, and pornography use in a compassionate, nonjudgmental way.
