I am trained in EMDR & Progressive Counting (treatment for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, substance use problems, and many other issues). I also use therapies such as; CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapy, and ego state therapy. In addition, I offer Therapeutic Fly-Fishing w/ EMDR (TF-EMDR) therapy and other nature-based techniques.
