This is where counseling can help! I approach counseling from a family systems view. This means that even during individual counseling, I consider how various internal and external factors impact a client’s life and presenting problem. Through this process, the hope is for each person to find freedom and joy in life.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas. I have served families and children since 2002 in various roles in churches, with a focus on providing counseling since 2016. I strive to empower couples, families, and individuals to live a life of greater happiness and deeper, more meaningful connection.
