I have focused on teen problems and the effect that anxiety, depression, and trauma have had on their function. I have worked with families to integrate effective parenting and understanding of the mental health challenges their child is experiencing.
I believe goal setting is a collaborative effort built through understanding the symptoms and issues that a client is struggling with.
