I have my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and i'm trained in EMDR as well as a Neurolinguistic Programming Masters Level Practitioner alongside Hypnotherapy and EFT. I am Kripalu Yoga 200/hr Trained Instructor as well as Reiki Master and Vedic Thai Massage practitioner. I am also a Transformational Breath Facilitator in training. I am an Ontological Coach as well and a Transformational Coach. I am also a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor.
