I seek to engage in a process that helps people achieve greater fulfillment and happiness by quieting the chatter and attending to their thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
I have worked extensively with those impacted by the trauma of a potentially life-threatening crisis. The anxiety, depression, disruption to family life and livelihood, are all very familiar issues to me. It is with this experience, that I hope to provide a safe place to confront life's challenges in our world today.
With a focus centered on how we find meaning in our life experiences, relationships, work and more, I hope to provide my clients with the opportunity to explore all the facets of their identity to help overcome the obstacles that may stand in their way.
