Now accepting new clients! We're all broken in life — at least a little. Good counseling strengthens what's wounded and builds on what's already strong, so you can walk a better path: not just survive, but live well. I draw on EMDR, depth and psychodynamic work, ego-state therapy, CBT, and existential approaches to fit you, not a formula. I especially love helping couples step out of the fight, learn to work as a team, and love deeply again. I also work with first responders, medical professionals, managers, and behavioral addictions (food, gambling, pornography). If you're open and ready to explore, let's begin.

I draw on a broad range of approaches — EMDR (certified), emotionally focused and Gottman couples therapy, CBT, psychodynamic and ego-state work, plus existential, person-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed care — all tailored to you. I also train and supervise other counselors in many of these skills.

Entering counseling isn't easy — it takes courage. My goal is to make your leap of faith worth it, and my job is to work my way out of a job through your improvement.
