My specialty is Trauma/PTSD, ADHD & self-esteem issues. I avoid focusing on the guilt or negative aspects of our past events and instead focus more on the strengths that got us through them. I utilize EMDR, a highly effective neurological intervention to treat PTSD & other issues. I also use Mindfulness-Based interventions that help the mind & body re-align.
