My method of assistance is utilizing the past and present life experiences as well as education within the substance abuse and mental health fields. The world today is a microwaved existence, freedom from self is a journey in which I will assist and walk every step of the way with an individual carving out the landscape they have always dreamt and hoped for.
My experience in this microcosm of society is that this is not a light switch or one size fits all. My approach is that we create a personalized plan to acquire and tackle the individual goals necessary in life to produce change within.
