I am a clinical psychologist who primarily uses Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I work with clients of all ages-- I completed my doctoral training with a specialty in working with children and families, but I enjoy working with adults equally. In addition to my private practice, I serve as a supervisor, Assistant Clinic Director, and Coordinator of the DBT Program at Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS). There I have been involved in training doctoral students in clinical psychology for the last 11 years.
My other areas of expertise are CBT for anxiety disorders and health psychology (e.g., coping with medical conditions such as chronic pain, fibromyalgia, IBS). I value my clients. I will draw upon evidence-based practices (based on therapy research) to individualize the right approach for you.
