I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with experience in both forensic and community settings. I’ve worked with individuals facing complex presentations, including trauma and a range of mental health challenges. Through this work, I’ve learned that everyone deserves a space where they feel safe to be themselves, heard, and truly understood.
The ideal client is the one who is open to feedback and collaborative in their therapeutic process. The ideal client does not need to know all the answers, but they are ready to confront various challenges to their mental health.
I have experience with direct and indirect communication, based on what is needed for the client. If you are someone in need of warm and gentle guidance, I will provide that for you. If you are in need of direct feedback, then I can provide that as well. I aim to provide a nonjudgmental setting that allows people to be open and comfortable.
