My approach to therapy nurtures deep healing. This is accomplished through a collaborative modern person-centered approach to therapy to understand patterns in your life. An exploration of internal dynamics will help to uncover purpose and meaning in life in order to support individuation and integration of the the psyche to bring about a healthier self. This deeper understanding of yourself will open up the freedom to make positive choices in your life.
Therapy allows the individual to overcome patterns that repeatedly get in the way. This occurs through insight to better understand the self. Healing begins by bringing unconscious content to consciousness and making space for the content by fostering a deeper relationships with the self.
I understand that each human is unique as a fingerprint. I approach each therapy session as a place to provide a healing relationship where the individual process at the center of the healing process. Person-centered therapy provides the space for a long lasting and healthier relationship with ourselves and with others.
