Parenting Empowerment Parenting Empowerment….is a series of groups for parents on the move. The courses demonstrate effective techniques and tips on dealing with the demands of parenting. By attending such groups, parents will become more knowledgeable about appropriate parenting techniques and gain confidence in their parenting decisions.
