I am an LCSW with 7 years experience in crisis intervention, certification in anger management counseling, and 15 years experience in meditation, visualization, and stress inoculation. I firmly believe in a person-centered approach to therapy, but my approach is also influenced by ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and Jungian psychotherapy.
