My therapeutic approach, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, is effective in helping those who want to learn to manage anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I also have specialized training in working with individuals who struggle with trauma, addiction, and gambling. I offer flexible fees based upon household income.
