I have over a decade of experience working in the mental health field and I am additionally versed in a variety of spiritual traditions/religions and philosophy. I specialize in (but am not limited to) the following client issues: 1) substance abuse/dependence and co-occurring trauma 2) relationship conflict, excessive stress, lack of assertiveness 3) depression 4) bringing purpose into one's life.
