I am a psychologist committed to helping people cope with anxiety, depression, addiction and sports performance issues. My work focuses on helping individuals and couples identify and change problematic patterns of behavior. I believe in a collaborative approach with clients to help them live lives more aligned with their values.
In my individual therapy I use cognitive behavioral approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, to help clients quiet their minds, cope with their emotions, and lead lives more closely aligned with their values. In couples therapy, I use a Gottman approach (and am Gottman-certified).
If you are struggling and need help, please contact me through my website and arrange a consult.
